Stonebridge Shaw uses the payment system, PayProp, to provide landlords with a secure rental payment solution. PayProp invoices tenants and automatically pays landlords on an agreed date to ensure they are in control of their finances and ensures contractors are paid on time to remove those late payment fees. An automated arrears management providing landlords with peace of mind.
PayProp offers landlords an easy to use, clear app with monthly statements which ensures accuracy and compliance. The app also provides maintenance invoices in an easily accessible location and supplies landlords with a clear reports for removing the time consuming element of tax returns.

Our Fully Managed Service is designed for landlords who want complete confidence, minimal involvement, and maximum protection for their investment.
From the moment your property comes to market to the day your tenancy ends, we manage every aspect with professionalism, efficiency, and care. We secure high-quality tenants, handle all legal and compliance requirements, oversee maintenance through trusted contractors, and ensure rent is collected promptly with clear monthly reporting.

- Thorough referencing and full Right to Rent compliance
- Preparation of all tenancy agreements and prescribed documentation
- Deposit registration and ongoing management

Our service is fully comprehensive — there are no hidden letting fees or unexpected extras. Please note that third-party disbursements (such as safety certificates, contractor invoices, and compliance costs) are not included; however, we do not charge any additional fees for arranging or organising these on your behalf.
Let Only Service – 3 weeks’ rent (dependent on property value)
Our Let Only Service is perfect for experienced or hands-on landlords who wish to retain control of the day-to-day management while ensuring the tenancy is set up correctly from the outset.
We focus on securing the right tenant and establishing a legally compliant tenancy, giving you a strong foundation for a successful let.
This includes:

- Comprehensive tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
